In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

Access to and use of the biz777 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while maintaining an active Account.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be listed on any government-issued exclusion list or self-exclusion register related to gambling services.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of a biz777 employee — or of any software provider, payment processor, or business partner affiliated with biz777.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another individual or entity when registering or using the platform.

To access the full range of biz777 services, you must register for an Account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant the following:

1. Accurate Information: All information provided during registration — including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and telephone number — is accurate, truthful, current, and complete.
2. Single Account: You are registering only one Account on biz777. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account. The creation of multiple Accounts (often referred to as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited.
3. Personal Use Only: The Account is for your personal, recreational use only. You are not registering on behalf of another person, entity, or organization.
4. Confidentiality of Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other authentication credentials associated with your Account. You must not share these credentials with any third party.
5. Notification of Unauthorized Access: If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify biz777 support immediately via the contact channels listed in Clause 14.

biz777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, address, and payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified time frame may result in temporary or permanent Account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals.

4.1 Currency: All transactions on biz777 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you deposit funds in a different currency, those funds will be converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate determined by the payment processor, and any associated conversion fees will be borne by you.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Daily withdrawal limits vary by Account tier and VIP status — please contact support for details on your specific Account limits.

4.3 Supported Payment Methods: biz777 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian banking and e-wallet services: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Additional methods may be added or removed at biz777's sole discretion without prior notice.

4.4 Payment Method Ownership: All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts or anonymous payment methods are not permitted and may result in the funds being returned and your Account suspended pending further investigation.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals are processed after successful completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable wagering requirements. Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 24 hours for Indonesian bank transfers and e-wallet withdrawals. biz777 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time to up to 72 hours.

4.6 No Fees: biz777 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees — please consult with your financial institution directly regarding any such charges.

5.1 Bonus Eligibility: Promotional bonuses offered by biz777 — including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards — are available only to eligible Members who meet the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier (e.g., 5x, 10x, 20x) and the eligible games for fulfilling the requirement will be clearly stated in the terms of the specific promotion.

5.3 Expiration: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds will expire if the wagering requirement is not fulfilled within the specified time period (typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issuance). Once expired, the bonus balance will be forfeited.

5.4 One Bonus Per Person: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotional bonus is limited to one redemption per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times using duplicate Accounts or other fraudulent means will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds, associated winnings, and permanent Account closure.

5.5 Withdrawal Restrictions: You may not withdraw any funds from your Account until all active bonus wagering requirements have been completed. If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement, biz777 reserves the right to deduct the entire bonus amount and any winnings derived from that bonus from your Balance.

5.6 Bonus Abuse: biz777 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify bonus abuse patterns. Any Member found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of software errors to gain an unfair advantage — will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided and their Account permanently closed.

6.1 Binding Nature of Bets: All bets placed on biz777 are final and binding once confirmed by the platform. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections, stake amounts, and bet types before confirming your wager.

6.2 Acceptance of Bets: biz777 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to situations where we suspect fraudulent activity, collusion, or exploitation of technical errors.

6.3 Bet Settlement: All bets are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the governing body of the relevant sport, league, or game. In cases where no official result is available, biz777 will settle bets based on the outcome recognized by reputable third-party data providers.

6.4 Void Bets: biz777 reserves the right to declare any bet void in circumstances including but not limited to: incorrect odds or lines published due to human or technical error; matches abandoned or postponed; participant withdrawal before the event begins; discovery of match-fixing or other forms of corruption affecting the event; or obvious errors in bet acceptance.

6.5 Maximum Winnings: Certain game categories and bet types may be subject to maximum payout limits. These limits will be clearly stated in the specific game rules and may vary by game type, league, or promotional period.

6.6 Disputes: In the event of any dispute regarding bet settlement, the decision of biz777 management shall be final. You may submit a dispute inquiry via the support channels listed in Clause 14, and we will review your case in good faith. However, biz777's determination on all such matters is conclusive and binding.

biz777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help Members stay in control of their gambling activity. We strongly encourage all Members to gamble responsibly and within their financial means.

7.1 Self-Exclusion: Members may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the biz777 platform at any time by contacting our support team. Once self-exclusion is activated, your Account will be suspended for the duration you specify, and you will be unable to log in, deposit funds, or place bets.

7.2 Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account via the Account Settings page. Once a limit is set, it cannot be increased until 72 hours have elapsed — however, limits may be decreased or removed immediately at any time.

7.3 Reality Checks: biz777 offers session-time reminders that notify you at regular intervals (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 minutes) of how long you have been actively playing on the platform.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the biz777 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and permanent exclusion from biz777:

• Fraudulent Activity: Providing false information during registration, using stolen or fraudulent payment methods, or engaging in any form of identity theft or impersonation.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or maintaining more than one Account on biz777, whether simultaneously or sequentially, including registering under false names or using the accounts of friends or family members.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet, including but not limited to poker collusion, sports betting syndicates, or any other form of coordinated play.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, or any other automated software to place bets or play games on biz777.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, incorrect odds, or any other technical malfunction to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusive Behavior: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward biz777 staff, customer support agents, or other Members.
• Money Laundering: Using biz777 for the purpose of laundering money or processing illicit funds.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing any individual under the age of 21 to access or use your Account.

All content, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork, computer code, and other materials available on the biz777 platform (collectively, "Content") are the exclusive property of biz777 or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the biz777 platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the Content without the prior written consent of biz777.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

biz777 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, notify Members via email or an on-platform notification.

Your continued use of the biz777 platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your Account.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which biz777 is licensed to operate, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and biz777. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of notification, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body designated in biz777's operating license.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding related to your use of the biz777 platform must be brought exclusively in the courts of the jurisdiction specified in biz777's licensing documentation, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
